Scrutiny Software (Pty) Ltd ("Scrutiny Software", "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, phone number (if supplied), industry and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry may be processed by service providers that help us operate this website and our email (for example, a form-handling or email provider). These providers are only permitted to process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, or as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing, by contacting us via the details on our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Customer data

Data processed on behalf of customers through the Scrutiny platform is governed by the agreement in place with each customer and is kept isolated per customer.
